Company name:

CAP Business Clubs

What we do:

We help small business owners get more business, and become more successful by sharing and learning new experiences in a friendly and safe community. We do this through weekly meetings, monthly workshops and brainstorming sessions.

How is the company structured:

CAP Business Club is run by Paul James, the sole proprietor,  however a portion of the day to day running (some admin, social media etc) is sub-contracted.

Challenges/Opportunities rurally:

Challenges - All CAP meetings are currently on Zoom; which occasionally causes issues for members without strong broadband connectivity.

Opportunities – Online breaks down geographical barriers, therefore CAP is now able to accommodate members from all over the UK. For example we now have members from Surrey, Suffolk. Norfolk, Liverpool, Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, The Cotswolds and even one from Sweden

The next 5 years:

CAP will continue to grow and is currently looking into an online subscription business support membership. This is just an idea at the moment as the current form of CAP will need more growth to attain further development.

Why I Joined FEP?:

20200127 Paul James 4197a

I believe the area can prosper going forward. We have the talent, we have the ability, and now we have FEP to help drive it forward.
