On Wednesday 13th September, the Forest Economic Partnership hosted our quarterly Stakeholder meeting at The Speech House hotel. Over 40 individuals from Forest of Dean based businesses, organisations and the local community attended to hear about FEP activities and our plans for the future. It was fantastic to see so many people from the Forest and further afield supporting a thriving forest.
Thank you to all our speakers, including special guests Nick Shrager from Lydney Pallets and Cases Ltd and Deborah Flint from Cinderhill Farm, Five Acres contractors BAM Construction who shared their plans for the site, and ALP Synergy who are delivering the the Rural Business Grants for the FoDDC.
We also heard updates on the Forest Economic Partnership subgroups, Education and Skills and Digital Connectivity.
