Julie Tegg is Director of Employer Training, Apprenticeships and Engineering at Gloucestershire College.

Prior to joining the college in 2012, Julie has had over 25 years’ experience working at senior levels within the banking industry, schools and third sector organisations.

Since joining the college Julie has significantly grown the employer training provision and now leads a portfolio of 54 different apprenticeships from entry level up to and including degree apprenticeships. The number of apprentices and companies the college works with has more than doubled over the same period. The quality of the employer training and work the college does with employers has been recognised both locally and nationally and Julie also spends part of her time guiding other training providers in the delivery of successful apprenticeship and employer training programmes.
